Welcome to my website. When this site has come to your attention it is likely that you are looking for answers. Maybe you feel deep down that you are more than you can experience at the moment, that life has more to offer you than what you have experienced until now.
All of us meet problems at one time or another. An everyday thing, and usually problems challenge us to look for new solutions and in this way we grow and mature. But when we for one reason or another are not able to solve a problem, the problem can become bigger and bigger in our lives. Until you notice over time that your sense of joy and happiness becomes less and less. Such a problem can result in feelings of depression, insecurity, chronic failure, burnout and in physical strain. And of course this has consequences for your how you function in your environment and in your relationships with the people around you.
On a moment like this you are dealing with a deeper cause of the problem. A cause that asks for a more thorough approach.
I am specialized in finding the cause of inner problems and re-activating feelings of joy and belonging. These processes can be short, when connections emerge quickly. This means there can be impressive results in a relative short time. But I am also very much at home in deeper, more fundamental processes of change that are particularly needed when someone has a history of chronic problems and traumatization.
In my guidance I make a combination between therapy and coaching. Therapy to venture into the depths of your subconscious and achieve the necessary changes and healing on a deeper level. Coaching to help you get on your way and guide you to apply the changes in your environment.
